أكَّد د. أحمد الحداد، عضو مجلس حكماء المسلمين، ومدير إدارة الإفتاء بدائرة الشئون الإسلامية بدبي، وعضو مجلس الإمارات للإفتاء الشرعي، أن مجلس حكماء المسلمين منذ تأسيسه؛ برعاية دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة ورئاسة فضيلة الإمام الأكبر أ. د. أحمد الطيب شيخ الأزهر الشريف، دأب على السعي الحثيث لإرساء مفاهيم التعايش السلمي بين فئات البشر وأطيافهم المختلفة.
وقال د. الحداد، في تصريح له: إن الشريعة الإسلامية أرست مبدأ العائلة الإنسانية الواحدة، مشيرًا إلى أن مجلس حكماء المسلمين يستشعر هذه المعاني الإسلامية العظيمة، وأخذ على عاتقه نشرها بين جميع الناس، فأعد وثيقة الأخوة الإنسانية، تلك الوثيقة العظيمة التي اتفقت عليها الديانات السماوية، ووقعها زعيما الديانتين الكبيرتين في العالم، ممثلة بشيخ الأزهر الشريف رئيس مجلس حكماء المسلمين، والبابا فرنسيس بابا الفاتيكان، فمثلت عمق التوجيهات الربانية من البشر؛ حتى ينعموا بالسعادة في دنياهم.
ولفت عضو مجلس حكماء المسلمين إلى أن عقد المجلس العديد من المؤتمرات والندوات واللقاءات لتعزيز قيم التعايش السلمي بين البشر، موضحًا أن ملتقى البحرين الدولي بحضور زعيمي الديانتين الإسلامية والمسيحية وعدد من زعماء الديانات الأخرى يسعى لمواصلة تحقيق هذا الهدف وترسيخ مبدأ التعايش الإنساني.
وتستعد مملكة البحرين لإقامة ملتقى البحرين للحوار «الشرق والغرب من أجل التعايش الإنساني» يومي الخميس والجمعة 3 و 4 نوفمبر الجاري، تحت رعاية الملك حمد بن عيسى آل خليفة، ملك مملكة البحرين، وبمشاركة فضيلة الإمام الأكبر أ. د. أحمد الطيب، شيخ الأزهر الشريف، رئيس مجلس حكماء المسلمين، وقداسة البابا فرنسيس بابا الكنيسة الكاثوليكيَّة، ونحو 200 شخصية من رموز وقادة وممثلي الأديان حول العالم، إضافة إلى شخصيات فكرية وإعلامية بارزة.
وينعقد الملتقى بتنظيم مشترك بين مجلس حكماء المسلمين والمجلس الأعلى للشئون الإسلاميَّة بمملكة البحرين ومركز الملك حمد للتعايش السلمي.

The Director of the Fatwa Department at the Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities in Dubai and member of the Muslim Council of Elders His Eminence Dr. Ahmed Al-Haddad has praised the Council, under the Chairmanship of His Eminence Dr. Ahmed Al-Tayeb the Grand Imam of Al-Azhar, for continually entrenching coexistence between all people since its founding.
Al-Haddad added, “Islamic sharia has always sought to achieve unity and the Muslim Council of Elders hopes to achieve this great Islamic teaching amongst all people through the historic Document on Human Fraternity. This noble document, which was universally welcomed by all religions and co-signed by two religious symbols in His Eminence the Grand Imam of Al-Azhar and Chairman of the Muslim Council of Elders along with His Holiness the Pope of the Catholic Church.”
He concluded, ” The Muslim Council of Elders has organized many conferences, seminars and meetings in order to achieve and entrench peaceful coexistence globally. The Bahrain Dialogue Forum, which will be attended by the Grand Imam and Pope Francis alongside other religious leaders, aims to continue this noble strategy.”
The Kingdom of Bahrain is set to host the ‘Bahrain Dialogue Forum: East and West for Human Coexistence’ on the 3rd and 4th of November under the patronage of the His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa of the Kingdom of Bahrain. The forum will be attended by His Eminence Dr. Ahmed Al-Tayeb, the Grand Imam of Al-Azhar and Chairman of the Muslim Council of Elders and His Holiness Pope Francis, Pontiff of the Catholic Church alongside 200 religious leaders and prominent academic and media figures from around the world.
The Bahrain Dialogue Forum is set to be held in partnership between the Muslim Council of Elders, the Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs in the Kingdom of Bahrain and the King Hamad Global Center for Peaceful Coexistence.
